'AT HOME' is a documentary approach to childhood photography, capturing your children as they are, in the places they feel most themselves.

Trust me, I know how much you want to hold on to every second.


Watching my son become his own little person has made me realise just how much of childhood happens in the everyday.


Watching him play in the backyard with the little kitchen his dad built him. Seeing him jump on the trampoline, completely caught up in his own little world. It's these seemingly ordinary moments that make me stop and think, one day, I am going to seriously miss this.


And I know I'm not the only mum who feels this way.


Because even on the days when everything feels the same, when life feels a little mundane and we're just going through the motions, this is where the beauty lives.


In the little things your children do without even thinking. In the games they make up, the corners of the backyard they love most, and the little versions of themselves they're growing into right before your eyes.


This is the life we've created. These are the days we're living. And look how beautiful they are.

So what is an 'AT HOME' session and who is it for?


It's a little glimpse into their world.


Sessions unfold naturally in your own home and backyard, following your children's interests, personalities and the things they love to do.


There is no need to plan elaborate activities or create a perfect setting. We might spend time in the garden, play with their favourite toys, read stories, explore the backyard or simply let them lead the way.


I'll observe, photograph and gently guide when needed, allowing space for the moments that can't be planned.

Nothing needs to be perfect


Your home doesn't need to be immaculate and your children don't need to behave a certain way.


An ordinary backyard, a familiar playroom and the things your children already love are enough.


Before your session I'll find out a little bit about your family and your children's favourite things to do, then we let the rest unfold naturally.


Sessions are best scheduled for early mornings or late afternoons.


This isn't about creating a picture-perfect version of your family life, it's about finding the beauty in the life you're already living.
